The Building
1890s bank, made for a long dinner.
St. Neo's occupies the ground floor of the former American Bank and Trust Company, a stately 1890s bank building on Drayton Street, now home to The Drayton Hotel. Vaulted plaster ceilings, marble floors, and arched windows onto the square. It's a room that has always been made for gathering; we just added the oysters.
The Kitchen
Lowcountry, New Southern, coastal French.
Fresh and locally sourced from the Georgia coast and Lowcountry farms, with a brasserie's timeless comfort. Oysters and raw bar. Whole fish and dry-aged steaks. Seasonal vegetables, morning-made breads, and desserts you'll remember.
The Feel
Casual elegance, warmly southern.
